Patients have depended on me for years to provide this valuable service. Dry needling has been extremely effective for relieving tight muscles and myofascial pain, improving blood flow and mobility, and decreasing pain.

Offering one-on-one to assist in the knowledge and comfort level of yoga asana poses, breath work and flow. Private group instruction and formal classes offered within Renew Holistic Wellness.
